Raju Mesh is designed to collect only the information needed to authenticate you, process your requests and provide clear status updates.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Mobile number and one-time-password verification details.
- Name, father or husband name, email, area and designation details. Registration also collects Aadhaar number and voter ID for constituent identification; applications may include date of birth, address, identity documents and visit or grievance details.
- Information included in applications, grievances, suggestions and appointment requests.
- Documents, photographs and other files that you choose to attach to a request.
Information created during service use
We create request references, status history and timestamps so you can track submissions and so the office can manage follow-up.
2. How we use information
- To verify access and maintain your account session.
- To receive, route, review and respond to your submissions.
- To show your personal request history, status and relevant updates.
- To contact you about OTP delivery, appointment changes, request progress or service notices.
- To protect the service, investigate misuse and maintain accurate records.
4. Documents, security and retention
Attached documents are stored for the purpose of processing the request and maintaining its official record. Avoid uploading documents that are not relevant to your request.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including authenticated access and controlled handling of uploaded files. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Information is retained for as long as needed for service delivery, request history, legal obligations, dispute resolution and legitimate administrative records. Retention periods may vary by request type.
5. Permissions and device access
The app may ask for camera and photo or file access when you choose to attach supporting material. These permissions are used for the selected action and can be managed through your device settings.
6. Your choices
- You may choose whether to attach optional documents to a submission.
- You may sign out of the app to end the current session on your device.
- You may contact the MLA office to ask about a request, correct information or raise a privacy concern.
- Some information is required to verify your account or process a request. Without it, the related service may not be available.
7. Account and data deletion
You can submit a request to delete your Raju Mesh account and associated personal data through the account deletion request form. We may verify the request before processing it. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security or official administrative purposes.
8. Children
Raju Mesh is intended for constituents who can provide information appropriate to the service they are requesting. A parent or lawful guardian should assist where a child needs to submit a request.
9. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy when the service, legal requirements or information practices change. The current version and its updated date will always be published on this page.
10. Contact
For privacy questions, corrections or support, contact the Raju Mesh office using our privacy and support form. To request removal of your account and associated data, use the account deletion form. We verify requests before processing them. Records subject to legal or administrative retention may be retained with access restricted; backup copies expire under the hosting retention schedule.
